Welcome! This guide will walk you through the steps to generate your first report with Kubewise.

Before we dive in, we recommend familiarizing yourself with Kubewise concepts. This will help you understand the terminology used throughout this documentation.

Here are the steps to follow to generate your first report (each link directs you to the relevant section of the documentation):

  1. Create a Kubewise Account: Sign up for an account on the Kubewise platform.
  2. Prepare Your Kubernetes Clusters (Optional): Add relevant annotations to your Kubernetes cluster’s resources.
  3. Create a Cluster in Kubewise.
  4. Deploy the k8s-Agent: Retrieve your k8s-agent credentials and deploy it in your Kubernetes cluster.
  5. Configure Reports Settings: Customize your reports settings.
  6. Create Your First Report: Generate your first report.
Note

You should also configure your Invoices and your company’s VAT number for (EU companies) to make sure you are billing accordingly. Please refer to the invoice section.
