Welcome to the Kubewise Documentation!

Overview

Kubewise is a SaaS platform designed to help your team make informed decisions about cost, security, and performance based on key data and metrics.

Kubewise gathers metadata from your Kubernetes clusters via the Kube API and analyzes it to provide you with the insights you need. Data is collected through the Kubernetes agent, which is deployed within each of your clusters. Rest assured, the K8s agent does not collect any sensitive information such as config maps, secrets, certificates, or execute commands within pods. You can review the agent RBAC configuration of the agent for a detailed list of the collected metadata.
